Leland E. Bibb is an historian and genealogist living in San Diego County. He is a retired land surveyor and an avid researcher and writer on the early history of Mokelumne Hill and vicinity, but has been known to go off on tangents to study other people, places, and events. He holds a BA in Asian Studies and a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University. He has published several articles in San Diego and Riverside county journals, and has contributed historical sections and analysis of Asian ceramics to archaeological reports. He lives in El Cajon, CA.
